Dark, broad-leaved and deeply flavoured, our flat kale (often called lacinato or "dinosaur" kale) is grown indoors for smooth, tender leaves with a rich, nutty taste. Pesticide-free and freshly harvested, it adds real heartiness to anything it touches.

Order by 10 PM and your produce is harvested against your order at dawn, then delivered the same evening — because cutting before you order would make us just another warehouse. Delhi & Gurgaon only. The farm rests on Sundays: orders placed between Friday 10 PM and Sunday 10 PM ride Monday's van.

How to make it
- Strip the kale from its stems, tear into big pieces, and dry completely — wet leaves steam, dry leaves crisp.
- Toss with the barest coat of oil; one layer on the tray, never crowded.
- 150°C for 18–22 minutes until crisp; salt only after baking.
- Serve with two dips — the honey-vinegar dressing and the RBP dressing — and watch them argue over which is better.

How to make it
- Sear the sliced cremini in butter with a thyme sprig until deeply browned.
- Add torn kale with a splash of water; lid on for one minute.
- Toss, season, and take it off while the kale still has bite.
- Snipped chives over the top.
