Who you’re dealing with
thegreensin.com is run by The Green Sin LLP (“we”, “us”), a hydroponic produce and prepared-foods business based in Gurugram, Haryana. Full company details are in our Legal notice. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, and our Return & refund policy.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once your payment has gone through and you’ve received our confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order — with a full refund — if the address is outside our delivery area, an item has sold out overnight, or there’s an obvious pricing error. Where we can, we’ll offer a swap before cancelling.
Prices and tax
All prices are in Indian rupees. Fresh produce carries no GST; where GST applies (pestos, dressings and ready-to-eat salads), it’s shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you’ve already placed.
About our produce
We grow and hand-pack living things, so a little natural variation is part of the deal: leaves vary in size and colour with the season, and pack weights are what’s printed on the label or slightly over — we round up, not down. Product photographs are of our own produce but are illustrative; the lettuce that arrives will be that morning’s harvest, not the one in the picture. Ingredient and allergen information for prepared foods is on each product page and on the label; please read it if you have an allergy.
Delivery
Delivery days, times, charges and areas are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discounts
Discount codes have the conditions stated with them (for example, first-order codes are for first orders). We may withdraw a code or decline an order that uses one outside its conditions.
Your account and details
You’re responsible for giving us an accurate address, phone number and gate or society instructions — we can’t be responsible for a delivery that fails because of incorrect details.
Our content
The words, photographs, recipes and branding on this site belong to The Green Sin LLP. You’re welcome to share them; please don’t sell them or pass them off as your own.
Liability
Our responsibility to you for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Gurugram, Haryana — though we’d much rather sort it out on WhatsApp first.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
