Order by 10 PM and your produce is harvested against your order at dawn, then delivered the same evening — because cutting before you order would make us just another warehouse. Delhi & Gurgaon only. The farm rests on Sundays: orders placed between Friday 10 PM and Sunday 10 PM ride Monday's van.

The recipeBlanched spinach whisked into soft dal, tomato-garlic tadka poured over. Twenty-five minutes, feeds the table.
How to make it
- Blanch the spinach for one minute, shock in cold water, and chop or blitz.
- Whisk into cooked toor or moong dal; simmer five minutes.
- Tadka: garlic and cumin in hot ghee, halved cherry tomatoes in until they slump.
- Pour it over, snipped chives to finish, rice underneath.

The recipeBlanched spinach blitzed with cream, seared cremini spooned on top. Fifteen minutes, serves two.
How to make it
- Blanch the spinach one minute, shock it cold, squeeze and blitz coarsely.
- Warm with a pour of cream, a knob of butter and thyme leaves; season hard.
- Sear the sliced cremini separately until deeply browned.
- Spoon the mushrooms over the top. Toast on the side earns its place.
