Order by 10 PM and your produce is harvested against your order at dawn, then delivered the same evening — because cutting before you order would make us just another warehouse. Delhi & Gurgaon only. The farm rests on Sundays: orders placed between Friday 10 PM and Sunday 10 PM ride Monday's van.

The recipeCherry tomatoes blistered whole, basil torn in late, pesto deepening the sauce. Fifteen minutes, serves two.
How to make it
- Boil 200g pasta; keep a cup of the water before draining.
- Blister the cherry tomatoes whole in olive oil until they split.
- Crush lightly, add pasta, a splash of water and a spoonful of basil pesto; toss until glossy.
- Tear the basil in off the heat — never cook basil.

Toast, tomato, torn leaves — done.
The recipeWarm toast rubbed with tomato, arugula piled on, basil over everything. Ten minutes, feeds a Sunday.
How to make it
- Toast thick slices of good bread until deeply golden.
- Rub each slice with a halved cherry tomato, then olive oil and salt.
- Pile on more halved tomatoes and a handful of arugula.
- Tear the basil over everything, right before it disappears.
