Order by 10 PM and your produce is harvested against your order at dawn, then delivered the same evening — because cutting before you order would make us just another warehouse. Delhi & Gurgaon only. The farm rests on Sundays: orders placed between Friday 10 PM and Sunday 10 PM ride Monday's van.

The recipeFrilled caipira leaves, cool cucumber, sweet tomatoes, dressing poured at the table. Five minutes, serves two.
How to make it
- Tear the caipira into generous pieces — it holds dressing in its frills.
- Slice a quarter of the cucumber thin; halve a handful of cherry tomatoes.
- Pour the honey-vinegar dressing over at the table, not before.
- Toss once and serve while the leaves still stand.

How to make it
- Shred the caipira fine with a sharp knife.
- Dice a handful of cherry tomatoes small and even.
- Chop a pinch of the herb mix and toss everything together dry.
- A light pour of the honey-vinegar dressing last; rest two minutes, then eat.
