No chemical pesticides · Next-day Delhi & Gurgaon · Grown soil-free

As beautiful as it is good for you, our Swiss chard has tender leaves and vivid, crunchy stems in jewel-bright colours. Grown indoors and pesticide-free, it brings a mild, earthy sweetness and a real pop of colour to the plate.

How this was grown

White and red chard grow together in NFT channels in our indoor farm, roots in moving nutrient water rather than soil. The stems colour up under steady light without the toughness field chard picks up.

No weather, no soil pests, no chemical pesticides. Cut against your order on the morning of delivery.

Delivery — the 10 PM rule

Order by 10 PM and your produce is harvested against your order at dawn, then delivered the same evening — because cutting before you order would make us just another warehouse. Delhi & Gurgaon only. The farm rests on Sundays: orders placed between Friday 10 PM and Sunday 10 PM ride Monday's van.
